1.3 years or above training experience in large or medium-sized enterprises, 1 year or above training management experience;
2.familiar with the training industry and enterprise training system construction and training process;
3. have the philosophy of building a modern training system, with the operational experience of building a training course system.
1. analyze on the training needs of the company, organize, formulate and implement training plans for the staffs on all posts in the company.
2. based on the requirements of enterprise development, design and implement training programs for all posts.
3. according to the update of the curriculum system, formulate and improve the existing training contents;
4. improve and develop training courses and compile corresponding training materials;
5. keep up with the trends on training market and the latest management knowledge to serve for the formulation of training plans;
6. explore internal training resources and coordinate with external training institutions.
